TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 01: BEIJING ARRIVAL

On arrival, you will be met and transferred to hotel by the local guide. After a good rest in a comfortable hotel TVH recommended, you will take dinner at Indian Restaurant .Overnight at the hotel in Beijing.

DAY 02: BEIJING  CITY TOUR

Depart from hotel in the morning to visit the biggest public square in the world, Tian’anmen Square conquers you with its grandeur at the first sight. Then you are leaded to Forbidden City. It is the imperial palace for 24 emperors during Ming and Qing Dynasties and the biggest ancient architecture complex in the world. You walk in the museum to see with your eyes, to touch with your hands and fell with your hearts. In the afternoon, you continue your trip to Temple of Heaven Which stands the color of sky. You feel the perfect harmony between the architecture and nature and a circle and peace spirit of Chinese people. You even could imagine the vivid pictures of a great sacrifice to the Heaven for good harvest through the description of local guide. Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel in Beijing.

DAY 03: GREAT WALL TOUR

In the morning drive 75km to visit the Jade factory and Great Wall at Juyong pass which is the symbol of China and the wisdom of Chinese people. It is very unbelievable that Chinese succeeded in building such a great architecture with simple tools in ancient time. You will have a short stop and take photos in Beijing Olympic Park, where you can see the outside view of the National Stadium– Bird’s Nest and National Aquatics Center –Water Cube . Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel in Beijing.

DAY 04: BEIJING –  XIAN

Having breakfast check out from hotel and drop to train station. Upon arrival at Xian transfer to your hotel. Time for free activities. Overnight stay at the hotel in Xian.

DAY 05: XIAN CITY TOUR

Breakfast at hotel, then depart for a Full day tour with a visit to the China’s Richest historic area, which is recognized by the UNESCO as the eighth wonder of the world, amazing Museum of the Terra Cotta Warriors which is very famous for the great underground army of the First Emperor of China, buried together with him 2200 years ago and discovered only in 1974. It is the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. Then you will visit Special art lacquer work shop, free time shopping at Ancient style street. Dinner at Indian Restaurant .Overnight at the hotel in Xian.

DAY 06: XI’AN –  CHENGDU

In the morning, you will visit the Shaanxi History Museum and Ancient City Wall. Then be transferred to train station and take the bullet train to chengdu. On arrival ,met by our guide and and transferred to your hotel. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at the hotel in Chengdu.

DAY 07: CHENGDU CITY TOUR

Depart from hotel in the early morning, you will visit the Leshan Buddha, which is the largest Buddha in the world, located in a beautiful park setting in Leshan, about a two-hour drive from Chengdu. The Giant Buddha, known as Dafo by the Chinese, is carved on the side of the hill, where he sits tall 71 meters high (233 feet) overlooking the river. It took more than 90 years to carve, and is now one of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites. Then you will come to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Probably the earliest reserves of its kind in China this 540 hectare park are a truly splendid way to see the panda in its natural state. Later, you will be transferred to Airport for your flight home. In the evening, you will enjoy the famous Magical Face Change In Sichuan Opera Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Chengdu.

DAY 08: CHENGDU –  CHONGQING

After having breakfast depart from the hotel and transferred to train station to Chongqing, on arrival, met by our guide and shopping at local market, after dinner, you will be transferred to the pier and embark the cruise. Overnight stay at the cruise in Chongqing.

DAY 09: YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE

Depart from Chongqing in the morning. The first shore excursion of cruise occurs either at Fengdu, Shibaozhai or Wanzhou, which depends on Indian river conditions. Overnight stay at the cruise.

DAY 10: YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE

Today pass Three Gorges namely Qutang Gorge, Wu Gorge and Xiling Gorge, during which take an excursion through Daning River Lesser Three Gorges. In the evening, sail through the ship locks.

DAY 11: DISEMBARK YICHANG – SHANGHAI

Get off the cruise to visit Three Gorges Dam in the morning. Disembark at Yichang for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, be transferred to the hotel to catch up on some rest. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Shanghai.

DAY 12: FULL DAY SHANGHAI TOUR

Today you’ll find a Buddhism shrine – Jade Buddha Temple, located in a crowd of Shanghai City. It is named for its two bejeweled white jade Buddha. Carved from a whole piece of white jade, the sitting jade Buddha statue is translucent with a solemn expression, displaying the excellent skill and extraordinary art of Chinese people. Yuyuan Garden has many scenic courtyards decorated with baroque rockery, pools, and flora that are all connected by corridors and passageways. then visit Pearl Factory, the shopping trip will begin in Nanjing Road which is starts at the Bund and runs westward, with People’s Square in the middle. Renown for its bustling and modernization, Nanjing Road earns its reputation as the ‘First Commercial Road 11 / 39 in China’, which is the good shopping heaven for your trip as the same as the Fifth Avenue in New York and Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris. Some of the traditional food and handicrafts of Shanghai can be found here. Then we come to the Bund, The renowned waterfront district is the city’s most famous landmark. The word BUND is of Anglo-India origin meaning embankment on the waterfront. It is also the popular site to enjoy the night view of the city. Standing at Pudong New Area at the east side of Huangpu River, Oriental TV Tower (outside view ) was completed on October 1, 1994. The tower has a height of 468 meters. This tower has become the symbol of the city and a popular tourist attraction in Shanghai. Overnight stay at the hotel in Shanghai.
