Common For All: 

• Passport with 7-month Validity (All PP) 
• 2 copy photo (40*50mm), white background lab print photo taken within 3 month 
• Bank Statement with Bank Solvency (last 07 month) Minimum Balance 5,00,000/- Per Person 
• Press Printed Visiting Card  

For Employee: 

• No Objection Certificate from Company 
• Office ID card both side color copy 
• Salary Bank statement/Salary Pay Slip/ certificate  

For Businessman: 

• Updated Trade License Bangla Copy with English Translation + Articles of Memorandum (if need)
• Company letterhead pad (press printed)    

For Doctor: 

• BMDC Certificate (Must)
• NOC Letter + Office ID Card (if employer) 
• Personal Pad + Trade License (if have own Chamber)   

For Lawyer:

• Bar Council certificate
• Office ID card both side color copy  

For Group Application: 

• Company update trade license copy with English translation 1 set original and photocopy for all others
• Company update Bank statement and bank solvency with seal and sign 1 set original and photocopy for all others 
• Group letter in company pad 1 set original and photocopy for all others.
